Instructions

Prepare skewers:
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.
Toss ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine turkey cubes, bell peppers, onion, pineapple, and grapes. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper& mix until all pieces are coated.
Thread onto skewers:

Glaze and finish:
During last 5 minutes of grilling, brush skewers generously with herby maple glaze, turning to coat all sides. Remove and let rest 2–3 minutes before serving.
