- Maple syrup: 3 tbsp, pure

- Dijon mustard: 1 tbsp
- Garlic clove: 1 small, finely minced

Instructions
- Prepare skewers:
- If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Toss ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine turkey cubes, bell peppers, onion, pineapple, and grapes. Add olive oil, salt, and black pepper& mix until all pieces are coated.
- Thread onto skewers:

- Cook skewers 12β15 minutes, turning every 3β4 minutes until turkey is cooked and lightly charred.
- Glaze and finish:
- During last 5 minutes of grilling, brush skewers generously with herby maple glaze, turning to coat all sides. Remove and let rest 2β3 minutes before serving.
