# What You'll Need:

→ Broth & Base

01 - 4 cups chicken broth
02 - 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
03 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

04 - 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
05 - 1 cup bok choy, chopped

06 - 8 wonton wrappers, cut into strips

# Directions:

01 - Pour chicken broth into a medium pot, add sliced ginger, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
02 - Add shredded cooked chicken and chopped bok choy to the simmering broth. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
03 - Drop wonton wrapper strips into the pot and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until noodles soften.
04 - Stir in soy sauce. Remove ginger slices with a slotted spoon if preferred.
05 - Ladle the soup into bowls and serve immediately while hot.
