02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - In a bowl, combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and evenly mixed.
04 - Spread the crème fraîche sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
05 - Distribute the shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce. Arrange the dill pickle slices and red onion (if using) across the cheese.
06 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crust turns golden and the cheese is bubbling.
07 - Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice into portions, and serve immediately.
