# What You'll Need:
→ Greens
01 - 8 large fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried
→ Filling
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
→ Vegetables
07 - 1 small carrot, julienned
08 - ½ small red bell pepper, julienned
09 - 8 small cherry tomatoes, for garnish
# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, chives, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
02 - Lay each spinach leaf flat on a clean surface.
03 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the herbed cheese mixture in the center of each spinach leaf.
04 - Place a few strips of julienned carrot and red bell pepper on top of the cheese filling.
05 - Carefully roll each spinach leaf around the filling, folding in the sides to enclose the contents.
06 - Fasten each wrap with a toothpick and top with a cherry tomato to resemble holly berries.
07 - Offer immediately or chill briefly before serving.
