# Directions:
01 - Preheat the grill to medium heat.
02 - Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
03 - Place peach halves cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until grill marks appear and the fruit softens slightly.
04 - Remove peaches from the grill and allow to cool slightly.
05 - In a large mixing bowl, combine arugula or mixed greens, grilled peach halves, crumbled feta, and toasted walnuts.
