Creamy Greek yogurt and peanut butter blend into frozen bites, naturally sweetened and perfect for a protein-rich snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, full-fat or low-fat
02 - ½ cup creamy natural peanut butter
03 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

→ Optional Add-Ins

04 - 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
05 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
06 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of ground cinnamon
08 - 2 tablespoons mashed berries such as strawberries or blueberries
09 - 1 tablespoon crushed nuts or granola
10 - 2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate for swirling or dipping

# Directions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey. Whisk until smooth and fully blended.
02 - If desired, stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon for added flavor.
03 - Line a mini-muffin tin or silicone mold with liners, or lightly grease if needed.
04 - Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cavity.
05 - Top with mini chocolate chips, chia seeds, or other optional add-ins as desired.
06 - For a chocolate swirl, drizzle a small amount of melted dark chocolate over each portion and swirl gently with a toothpick.
07 - Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until fully solid.
08 - To serve, run warm water briefly over the bottom of the tray to help release the bites. Transfer bites to a freezer-safe bag or container for storage.
09 - Enjoy directly from the freezer. For best texture, let sit at room temperature for 2 minutes before eating.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • They're ready in just 10 minutes of actual work, with the freezer doing the rest while you live your life.
  • Each bite packs real protein and healthy fats, so you're not pretending these are guilt-free—they actually are.
  • The flavor combinations are endlessly customizable, so you'll never make them the same way twice.
02 -
  • If your peanut butter is very thick, you can warm it slightly before mixing so it combines smoothly instead of leaving little pockets throughout.
  • The two-hour minimum freeze is real—taking them out too early means they'll fall apart when you touch them, which I learned the hard way on my first attempt.
03 -
  • Keep the peanut butter in a warm spot while you're mixing so it combines smoothly with the yogurt instead of creating stubborn little lumps.
  • Don't skip the honey—it's not just about sweetness, it's what keeps these from turning into solid rocks straight from the freezer, and that's the difference between a bite you can actually enjoy and one you need to thaw.
