11 - 1/2 small apple, diced
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
13 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and salt in a small mixing bowl.
03 - Using a pastry brush, evenly coat both sides of each tortilla with melted butter. Sprinkle the cocoa-sugar mixture over both sides.
04 - Stack the coated tortillas and slice into 8 wedges per tortilla to create chips. Arrange pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping chips halfway through, until crisp. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
06 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine diced strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, and apple. Drizzle lime juice and honey or maple syrup over fruit, add mint if desired, and gently toss to mix.
07 - Arrange chocolate tortilla chips on a platter and provide fruit salsa for dipping.
