→ Blue & Purple Vegetables

10 - 1 cup purple cauliflower florets
11 - 1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
12 - 1 cup radishes, sliced
13 - 1/2 cup black olives, optional

→ Dip

14 - 1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)
15 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt dip or ranch, optional

# Directions:

01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Slice, peel, and prepare each vegetable as specified.
03 - Arrange vegetables in rows or concentric circles by color on a large serving board, starting with reds and progressing to purples to form a rainbow effect.
04 - Place dips in small bowls and set them on or near the board.
