04 - 50 g (1.75 oz) dark chocolate, optional for drizzling
05 - Christmas-themed sprinkles or crushed candy canes

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Process Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or place in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
03 - Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a large bowl until fully combined and smooth.
04 - Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the rolled balls for 30 minutes until firm.
06 - Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
07 - Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate, ensuring complete coverage; remove with fork and allow excess to drip off, then place back on baking sheet.
08 - Optionally drizzle with melted dark chocolate and immediately garnish with sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
09 - Chill coated truffles in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes until set.
