# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed

# Directions:

01 - Insert a long wooden or metal skewer lengthwise through the center of each potato.
02 - Using a sharp knife, carefully cut each potato in a spiral motion while rotating. Stretch the sliced potato along the skewer to ensure even spacing between spirals.
03 - Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Brush or rub the seasoning mixture thoroughly over each spiraled potato, ensuring coating between all layers.
05 - Set air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 3 minutes.
06 - Arrange the skewered potatoes in the air fryer basket without touching. Air-fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp.
