  • High in protein with 22 g per serving, keeping you full and energized for hours.
  • Naturally gluten-free and vegetarian, making it easy to fit into many lifestyles.
  • Real vanilla flavor from vanilla extract and optional vanilla bean seeds for that authentic coffeehouse taste.
  • Endlessly adaptable — add coffee for a mocha twist, or swap ingredients for a vegan version.
  • Only 185 calories per serving, so you can indulge without compromise.
02 -
  • Coffee boost: For a stronger coffee flavor, add 1/4 cup chilled brewed coffee or 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules.
  • Vegan swap: To make it vegan, use plant-based yogurt and a vegan protein powder.
  • Extra fiber: For extra fiber, add 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed before blending.
  • Allergen awareness: This recipe contains milk and dairy (Greek yogurt) and nuts if almond milk is used. Protein powder may contain milk, soy, or other allergens — always check labels. For a nut-free version, use dairy or oat milk.
  • Serve immediately: This shake is best enjoyed right after blending — the texture and chill are at their peak straight from the blender.
  • Blender tip: Add liquids to the blender first, then solids, and ice last, for the smoothest blend.
