# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • The contrast between creamy ricotta and spicy honey creates an addictive sweet-heat balance you cant stop reaching for.
  • It looks impressive but uses simple ingredients you probably already have, making it perfect for last-minute gatherings.
  • The crispy edges and molten cheese center deliver texture in every bite.
  • You can adjust the heat level to match your crowd without losing any of the magic.
02 -
  • Soften your butter completely before mixing or youll end up with lumps that never fully blend into the ricotta.
  • Dont skimp on the parchment paper, the honey can drip and burn onto the pan, creating a mess thats nearly impossible to clean.
  • Drizzle the hot honey immediately after baking while the bread is still hot so it melts slightly into the cheese and creates that glossy finish.
03 -
  • Let the ricotta mixture sit for 10 minutes before spreading so the garlic flavor blooms and mellows slightly.
  • Use a pastry brush to spread a thin layer of olive oil on the cut sides of the bread before adding the ricotta for extra crispness and flavor.
  • Make a double batch of hot honey and keep it in a jar, its incredible on pizza, fried chicken, and even vanilla ice cream.
