02 - Add Thai peanut sauce and shredded carrots to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the mixture is thoroughly heated and carrots soften slightly.
03 - Arrange cooked rice in serving bowls. Top each portion with the warm pork and peanut mixture. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
