# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It comes together in under 35 minutes, which means you can actually pull this off on a weeknight without losing your mind.
  • The rainbow vegetable arrangement is Instagram-worthy but feels effortless once you start slicing—plus your kids or guests will actually eat their vegetables without complaint.
  • You can swap vegetables based on what's in your crisper drawer, so it's never boring and never wasteful.
02 -
  • If your flatbread is thick or store-bought and dense, give it a quick bake at 425°F for 3 to 4 minutes on its own before adding toppings—this ensures a crispy base and not a soggy mess.
  • Arrange your vegetables in thin rows rather than dumping them on randomly; it actually helps them cook more evenly and looks stunning enough that people think you went to culinary school.
03 -
  • Pat your flatbreads dry with paper towels before adding sauce—this single step prevents them from steaming and getting chewy instead of crispy.
  • Don't be tempted to pile vegetables high; a thin, organized layer cooks more evenly and looks infinitely more intentional than a veggie mountain.
