→ Whip

13 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
14 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
15 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
16 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold

# Directions:

01 - In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt unsalted butter. Add diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, lemon juice, and salt. Stir occasionally until apples are tender and syrup forms, about 7 minutes. Transfer mixture to a bowl and let cool completely.
02 - Wipe the skillet clean and melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add chopped pecans, brown sugar, and salt, stirring constantly until the sugar melts and coats the nuts, approximately 3 minutes. Transfer to parchment paper and allow to cool, then break into small clusters.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until completely combined.
04 - Spoon half of the cream cheese whip into a serving dish. Top with half of the spiced apples and half of the praline clusters. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
