# What You'll Need:
→ Main
01 - 2 racks baby back ribs (approximately 3 pounds total)
→ Sauce
02 - 1/2 cup honey
03 - 1/3 cup soy sauce
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
→ Garnish
09 - Chopped fresh green onions
# Directions:
01 - Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs and slice each rack in half to fit into the slow cooker.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes until well blended.
03 - Place ribs into the slow cooker, positioning them to allow even coverage. Pour the prepared honey garlic sauce over the ribs, ensuring each piece is coated.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or until the ribs are extremely tender and begin to separate from the bone.
05 - For a caramelized finish, carefully transfer the ribs to a foil-lined baking sheet and brush with some of the sauce. Broil in the oven for 5 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and slightly charred.
06 - Garnish the ribs with chopped fresh green onions. Serve hot with remaining sauce.
