# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup barbecue sauce

# Directions:

01 - Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker, then scatter chopped onion and minced garlic over the chicken.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
03 - Pour the barbecue mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or on high for 3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and easily shreds with a fork.
05 - Remove the chicken breasts and shred them with two forks, then return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix thoroughly with the sauce.
06 - Spoon the pulled chicken onto the bottom halves of hamburger buns, top with coleslaw, drizzle with extra barbecue sauce if desired, and cover with the top half of the bun.
