# Directions:
01 - Set oven temperature to 425°F.
02 - Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 12 to 15 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
03 - Grate the sharp cheddar cheese while broccoli roasts.
04 - Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
05 - Place two bread slices, buttered side down. Layer half of the cheddar, then roasted broccoli evenly, followed by remaining cheddar. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
06 - Warm a large skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.
