05 - Top the third quarter with half the pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, and chopped red onion.
06 - Dust the fourth quarter with a pinch of dried oregano.
07 - Begin folding from the cut: fold the first quarter over the second, then over the third and fourth, forming a compact triangle shape.
08 - Repeat the layering and folding process with the second tortilla and remaining fillings.
09 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil or unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
