Pineapple Coconut Agua Fresca (Printable Version)

Tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut combine in a cooling summer beverage, served chilled with mint garnish.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed (about 1/2 medium pineapple)

→ Liquids

02 - 1 cup coconut water
03 - 1 cup cold water
04 - 1/2 cup canned coconut milk, full-fat or light

→ Sweetener

05 - 2–3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey, to taste

→ Citrus

06 - Juice of 1 lime

→ Ice & Garnish

07 - 1 cup ice cubes
08 - Pineapple wedges and fresh mint leaves, optional for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Add pineapple, coconut water, cold water, coconut milk, agave syrup or honey, and lime juice to the blender.
02 - Blend all ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Taste and adjust the sweetness level by adding more sweetener if desired.
04 - Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher if a smoother drink is preferred.
05 - Place ice cubes into the pitcher or directly into each serving glass.
06 - Pour the beverage over ice and garnish with pineapple wedges and fresh mint leaves as desired. Serve immediately, chilled.
