02 - 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

03 - 1/3 cup (1.2 oz) unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 1/4 cup (1.4 oz) dark chocolate chips, melted (optional)

05 - 3 tbsp (1.5 fl oz) honey or maple syrup, to taste
06 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of sea salt

08 - Fresh berries
09 - Shaved dark chocolate

# Directions:
01 - Place cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt into a food processor or high-speed blender.
02 - Process the mixture until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary to ensure even blending.
03 - If using, add melted dark chocolate and blend again until fully integrated into the mousse.
04 - Taste the mousse and add more sweetener if preferred, blending briefly to combine.
05 - Spoon the mousse into serving cups or bowls, smooth the tops, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to set.
06 - Before serving, add optional toppings such as fresh berries, shaved chocolate, or chopped nuts to enhance texture and flavor.
