# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Sprinkle in cumin, paprika, coriander, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
