01 - Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water following package instructions. Drain thoroughly and return to the pot.
02 - Add shredded cooked chicken, chicken broth, and cream cheese to the hot pasta. Stir over low heat until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce becomes smooth and lightly thickened.
03 - Fold in frozen peas and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peas are just heated through. Serve immediately.
