01 - 12 ounces whole wheat pasta
02 - 2 cups diced boneless, skinless chicken breast

03 - 2 cups fresh baby spinach
04 - 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
05 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic

06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

# Directions:
01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and minced garlic; sauté gently until the chicken is lightly golden on the outside, about 3 minutes.
02 - Pour chicken broth into the skillet and stir in whole wheat pasta. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is just tender, approximately 10 minutes.
