Grilled Cheese Kimchi Cheddar (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 slices sandwich bread
02 - 2 slices cheddar cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons kimchi, well-drained and chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened

# Directions:

01 - Lay out the bread slices and spread the softened butter evenly on one side of each slice.
02 - Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface. Layer cheddar cheese slices on the bread, followed by chopped kimchi. Top with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
03 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has fully melted.
04 - Transfer the sandwich to a cutting board. Let rest for 1 minute before slicing in half to serve.
