04 - 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
05 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

06 - 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate or milk chocolate
07 - 1/4 cup chopped nuts, such as pecans, almonds, or peanuts

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 300°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add honey, red chili flakes, and smoked paprika, stirring until the mixture is well combined and warmed through. Remove from heat.
03 - Place popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl. Gradually drizzle the hot honey sauce over the popcorn, tossing gently to ensure an even coating.
04 - Spread the coated popcorn in an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through for uniform crispness.
05 - Remove the popcorn from the oven and allow to cool slightly on the baking sheet.
06 - If desired, drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled popcorn and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Let chocolate set before serving.
