# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • They're crispy outside and tender inside, with a glaze that tastes like you fussed way more than you actually did.
  • This recipe works as an appetizer, snack, or even a protein boost for grain bowls, so it earns its space in your regular rotation.
  • The balance of honey and sriracha hits that sweet-spicy spot that makes people come back for more without feeling heavy.
02 -
  • If your tofu isn't pressed well enough, no amount of air frying will save it—I learned this the hard way with a soggy batch that taught me patience is real seasoning.
  • The glaze thickens as it cools, so toss everything immediately while it's still warm and pourable, or you'll end up with clumpy coating.
  • Sriracha brands vary wildly in heat, so start conservative and add more to taste rather than drowning everything upfront.
03 -
  • Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper to catch any crumbs and make cleanup laughably easy.
  • If you want them extra clingy with glaze, toss the hot nuggets in the warm glaze in stages—three small tosses stick better than one aggressive pour.
