# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It tastes indulgent and party-ready while actually delivering almost 20 grams of protein per serving, so you're not just eating flavor.
  • The whole thing comes together in under 30 minutes, making it perfect for those moments when you need something impressive but don't have hours to spend.
  • Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt create this impossibly creamy base that nobody would guess contains cottage cheese, which feels like getting away with something delicious.
02 -
  • If you skip the blending step and try to just mix cottage cheese in whole, you'll end up with a chunky, grainy texture that no amount of baking will fix, so don't try to save time here.
  • The dip will thicken slightly as it cools, so if you're making this ahead, it might look thinner than expected when it comes out of the oven, but that's exactly right.
  • Overmixing after everything is combined can cause the cream base to break, so stir with purpose but not aggressively once the cheeses go in.
03 -
  • Blending cottage cheese and Greek yogurt together is the trick that makes this taste nothing like a healthy dip, and it's the step that separates the people who'll ask for your recipe from the people who'll just assume you bought it.
  • Using rotisserie chicken instead of cooking your own saves so much time and actually tastes amazing because of how the skin gets shredded in, adding richness the plain poached version can't match.
