07 - 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
08 - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press mixture evenly and firmly into the base of the prepared pan to create a uniform crust.
03 - Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust to form a cohesive layer.
04 - Scatter semisweet chocolate chips, chopped Halloween candy, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts evenly over the condensed milk layer. Gently press the toppings down with a spatula to ensure adhesion.
05 - Transfer pan to the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set.
06 - Allow bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Lift out using the parchment overhang and slice into 16 even portions.
