# Directions:

01 - Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beef or turkey and brown all sides for 5 to 7 minutes.
02 - Add chopped onion and diced green bell pepper, sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
03 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add tomato paste, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly to coat meat and vegetables evenly.
05 - Pour in diced tomatoes and broth. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook 15 minutes if using turkey or 25 minutes if using beef, until tender.
06 - Add pasta to the pot, stir well, then cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
07 - Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
