Buttery Ritz crackers coated in parmesan garlic and herbs, then baked to crispy, golden perfection.

# What You'll Need:

→ Crackers

01 - 1 box Ritz crackers (approximately 2 sleeves, about 60 crackers)

→ Butter and Seasoning Mixture

02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in garlic powder or minced fresh garlic, grated parmesan cheese, finely chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Mix until fully blended.
03 - Transfer Ritz crackers to a large mixing bowl. Pour the butter mixture over the crackers and gently toss to evenly coat, taking care not to break the crackers.
04 - Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet to promote even baking.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crackers are lightly golden and crisp. Monitor closely to prevent overbaking.
06 - Remove from the oven and allow the crackers to cool slightly before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container once fully cooled.
