07 - 1/2 cup granola
08 - 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans, optional

# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract, stirring until light and fluffy.
02 - Distribute half the banana slices evenly at the bottom of each of the two glass jars.
03 - Spoon approximately 1/4 cup yogurt mixture over the banana layer in each jar.
04 - Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries over the yogurt in each jar.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It's ready in ten minutes but feels like you actually put in effort, which your taste buds will absolutely appreciate.
  • The contrast between creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh berries hits every texture your mouth is craving in a single spoonful.
  • You can eat it immediately or let it sit, and it transforms into something completely different—your mood decides how it tastes.
02 -
  • Wet fruit on top of granola makes it soggy within minutes, so if you're layering more than an hour ahead, save the final garnish for right before you eat.
  • Greek yogurt is thicker and holds its structure way better than regular yogurt—I learned this the hard way when a jar turned into fruit soup by noon.
03 -
  • Prep your fruit the night before and store it in the fridge so assembly takes literally three minutes in the morning when your brain isn't fully awake yet.
  • If granola is your crunch-weakness, use less yogurt and more granola—this is your breakfast, not mine, so build it the way your taste buds actually want it.
