# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 salmon fillets, 5–6 ounces each

→ Marinade

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - Juice of 1/2 lemon
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil the surface.
02 - Combine olive oil, thyme, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
03 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Evenly coat the tops and sides of the salmon fillets with the herb marinade using a silicone brush or spoon.
05 - Roast in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork or reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
06 - Transfer salmon to serving plates, garnish with lemon wedges and chopped fresh parsley as desired, and serve immediately.
