# Directions:
- Using a large rectangular or oval serving board, lightly outline a Christmas tree shape with baby arugula leaves as the branches.
- Begin at the base of the tree and layer slices of toasted baguette and assorted crackers to form the trunk.
- Arrange cured meats and cheeses in alternating horizontal rows with slight overlap to create the tree’s boughs.
- Fill the gaps between meat and cheese layers with red and green grapes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and pomegranate seeds for color and texture.
- Cluster green and black olives along with Marcona almonds and pistachios throughout the board to mimic holiday ornaments.
- Position small bowls of fig jam and whole grain mustard near or nestled within the arrangement for dipping.
- Crown the top of the tree with a star-shaped piece of cheese or a cluster of pomegranate seeds.
- Finish by adding additional arugula for fresh, green highlights. Serve immediately.
