01 - 20 large green olives, pitted

02 - 1 small roasted red pepper, cut into thin strips
03 - 1 ounce cream cheese, softened
04 - 2 tablespoons black olive tapenade or 6 large black olives, pitted and cut into small pieces
# Directions:
01 - Gently pat the green olives dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
02 - Fill each olive cavity with softened cream cheese using a small spoon or piping bag.
03 - Insert one strip of roasted red pepper into the center of the cream cheese in each olive to form the iris.
04 - Place a small piece of black olive or a dab of black olive tapenade onto the red pepper to mimic the pupil.
05 - Arrange the stuffed olives on a serving plate and chill until serving time.
06 - Present as a spooky party snack or use as a festive garnish for cocktails.
