01 - Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and cover to keep warm.
03 - Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. Pour heavy cream into the skillet, then add grated Parmesan. Stir continuously and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken to a silky consistency.
05 - Return chicken breasts to the pan, turning to coat in the sauce. Simmer gently for 2 minutes to heat chicken through and ensure even sauce coverage.
06 - Remove pan from heat. Garnish chicken with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
