Cranberry Feta Meatballs Chili (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground turkey
02 - 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
03 - ½ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
04 - 1 large egg
05 - ½ cup breadcrumbs
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
08 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - ½ teaspoon salt
10 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

→ Sweet Chili Sauce

11 - ½ cup sweet chili sauce
12 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
13 - 1 tablespoon honey
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, gently combine ground turkey, crumbled feta, chopped cranberries, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper without overmixing.
03 - Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture and roll into approximately 24 meatballs. Arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and have a golden brown exterior.
05 - While meatballs bake, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice in a small saucepan. Warm gently over low heat, stirring occasionally until heated.
06 - Transfer baked meatballs to a serving platter and drizzle with warm sweet chili sauce or serve sauce separately for dipping. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
