06 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

09 - 1 1/2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
02 - Place bell pepper halves cut side up in the baking dish.
03 - In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, red onion, cherry tomatoes, spinach, chives, parsley, everything bagel seasoning, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
04 - Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into each pepper half, mounding slightly.
05 - Sprinkle additional everything bagel seasoning on top as desired.
06 - Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
07 - Remove foil and continue baking for 5 minutes until peppers are tender and filling is slightly golden.
08 - Allow peppers to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
