# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • It transforms leftovers into something that feels intentional and special
  • The whole thing comes together in under 30 minutes with almost zero active cooking
02 -
  • Using day-old rice from the fridge makes a huge difference in texture, fresh rice can turn mushy when you mix it
  • The seaweed sheets get soggy fast, so keep them on the side and only grab what you will eat in the next few minutes
03 -
  • If you only have fresh rice, spread it on a baking sheet and let it air dry for 30 minutes before using
  • Tamari works perfectly as a gluten-free substitute for soy sauce with the same deep flavor
