# Directions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder as it cooks.
02 - Stir in ketchup and yellow mustard into the cooked beef. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until fully combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Wipe the skillet clean and heat vegetable oil over medium heat, spreading it into a thin layer.
04 - Place one flour tortilla in the skillet, layer with one slice of cheddar cheese, and add a generous spoonful of seasoned beef. Fold the tortilla in half, pressing gently to seal. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
