02 - 1 cup green grapes, halved
03 - 1 cup blueberries
04 - 1 cup pineapple, diced
05 - 1 banana, sliced (optional)
06 - 1 kiwi, peeled and diced (optional)

→ Decorations

07 - 6 large marshmallows for bunny cheeks
08 - 12 mini marshmallows for bunny noses
09 - 12 small candy eyes
10 - 12 pink jellybeans or pink chocolate candies for noses
11 - 12 white paper cupcake liners for bunny ears
12 - Black edible marker for whiskers and mouth

# Directions:

01 - Wash and prepare all fruits as directed. Combine strawberries, grapes, blueberries, pineapple, and optional banana and kiwi in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Evenly divide mixed fruit into 6 small clear plastic cups, filling each to approximately three-quarters full.
03 - Place two large marshmallows on the front of each cup for cheeks. Position a mini marshmallow or pink candy between the cheeks for the nose. Attach candy eyes above the cheeks using honey or icing as adhesive. Use the edible marker to draw whiskers and a small mouth on the marshmallows.
04 - Fold each paper cupcake liner in half and cut into ear shapes. Secure two ears to the back inside rim of each cup using tape or glue, ensuring they extend upward.
05 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • Kids actually eat their fruit when it has a bunny face staring back at them, which feels like a small victory in any kitchen.
  • Zero cooking required means you can throw this together while chatting, listening to music, or helping with homework.
  • The whole thing comes together in 20 minutes, perfect for when someone suddenly announces a potluck tomorrow.
02 -
  • Marshmallows absorb moisture from the fruit, so if you're making these more than a couple hours ahead, add the face decorations just before serving.
  • Not all edible markers are created equal—buy food-grade ones from the baking aisle, not craft markers, unless you enjoy a chemistry experiment on your bunny's face.
03 -
  • Slightly damp paper towels pressed against the cupcake liners before folding make them fold cleaner and tear less predictably.
  • If your marshmallows keep sliding off, a tiny dab of corn syrup on the cup rim underneath each one acts as invisible scaffolding.
