# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 large red bell peppers
02 - 2 large yellow bell peppers
03 - 2 large green bell peppers

→ Filling

04 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 2 tbsp sour cream
06 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
07 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
08 - 1 garlic clove, minced
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

10 - 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (optional)
11 - Fresh dill sprigs (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Wash and dry bell peppers. Remove tops and bottoms, then slice each into wide, flat strips approximately ¾ inch wide. Set aside the most flexible strips for bow shaping.
02 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, parsley, and minced garlic in a bowl until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
03 - Lay a bell pepper strip flat. Place a heaping teaspoon of filling in the center. Fold both ends toward the center to create two loops resembling a bow. Secure the center with a small strip of bell pepper or chive stem by wrapping and tucking underneath.
04 - Continue forming bows with the remaining pepper strips and filling until all are assembled.
05 - Arrange bows on a serving platter and garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh dill sprigs as desired.
