# Directions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat as needed.
02 - Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion becomes translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes.
03 - Pour enchilada sauce into the skillet, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
04 - Prepare pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
