01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook rigatoni in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey until fully browned and no longer pink, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Drain excess fat. Stir in marinara sauce and heat through.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine drained pasta with turkey and sauce mixture. Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish and spread evenly. Scatter shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
04 - Place baking dish in preheated oven. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbling, and lightly golden.
