# Directions:

- Distribute the cheeses evenly across a large board or platter. Slice firmer varieties such as cheddar and gouda, and leave the soft cheeses whole or halved for ease of serving.
- Fold or roll the prosciutto, soppressata, and salami. Place these arranged meats between the cheeses for visual contrast and easy access.
- Fill remaining spaces with clusters of red grapes, apple slices, pear slices, dried apricots, and pomegranate seeds, alternating between fresh and dried fruits for color and texture.
- Scatter candied pecans, roasted almonds, and walnut halves throughout the board, adding both crunch and visual interest among the other items.
- Transfer fig jam, wildflower honey, and whole grain mustard into small ramekins or bowls, then nestle them around the board. Add cornichons or pickled onions in small bowls or directly onto the board as preferred.
- Fan out baguette slices and assorted crackers along the edge of the board or in a basket nearby for easy serving and access.
- Serve the platter immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours prior to serving for optimal freshness.
